My final project is a piece of fabric created from scrap pieces of white formal shirts leftover from other school projects through collage. From this I created different wearable pieces from the fabric to use in my day to day life including a bucket hat and some face masks and used strategic pattern laying to have as little fabric waste as possible. The purpose of this is to take something that is regarded as trash and turn it into something useful. Tackling the fabric waste issue on a smaller scale, within my own home.
