For this assignment i decided to create a two piece garment that depicts a collaboration between chic day wear, and modern futuristic clothing. This concept was achieved by utilizing circular design methods such as, the re use of discarded clothing and the preservation of unconventional objects, that typically end up in land fills. The materials that have been included in this coordinating set are newspaper, vilene, cd’s, plastic bottles and an old pair of black denim jeans. In combination, these materials have been collaged, sewn and secured to create this recyclable wearable outfit.
