waves and fabrics

Through this illustration, an interest in the study of ocean waves arose. There are fish, cats and waves in this illustration, but I don’t know what the author’s meaning is, what I am interested in is the waves. The waves can be big or small, and can change according to the outside world, but they also have their own unique shape. Each wave is overwhelming when it appears, but it quickly disappears into the invisible sea.The connection between the fabric and the waves is expressed through the many variations of the waves.
